Upon arriving at Leh Airport, you will be welcomed by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Take the day to acclimatize to Leh’s high altitude of 11,562 ft, ensuring plenty of rest and hydration. In the evening, visit the Shanti Stupa to enjoy stunning panoramic views of the town and surrounding mountains. You can also explore the lively Leh Market, known for its souvenirs and local handicrafts, and optionally visit the historic 17th-century Leh Palace for its cultural significance and scenic vistas. Overnight accommodation will be provided at a hotel in Leh.

After breakfast, embark on the Sham Valley Tour, which covers several of Ladakh’s most iconic attractions. Experience the fascinating Magnetic Hill, where vehicles seem to move against gravity, and visit the revered Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, built in honor of Guru Nanak. Continue to the Hall of Fame Museum, showcasing the valor of the Indian Army and the region’s cultural heritage, before heading to Sangam Point to witness the striking confluence of the Indus and Zanskar rivers. After exploring these scenic and historic sites, return to Leh for an overnight stay.

After an early breakfast, begin your journey to Nubra Valley by driving over Khardung La, one of the highest motorable passes in the world at 17,582 ft. Once in Nubra, visit the renowned Diskit Monastery, known for its impressive statue of Maitreya Buddha. Continue to the Hunder Sand Dunes, where you can enjoy a memorable ride on the distinctive double-humped Bactrian camels. Take in the striking desert scenery framed by majestic snow-covered peaks. Your day concludes with an overnight stay at a camp or hotel in Nubra Valley.

After breakfast, continue your journey to the enchanting Pangong Lake at an altitude of 14,270 ft, traveling through the picturesque landscapes and rugged terrain of the Shyok route. On arrival, marvel at the lake’s captivating colors that shift from deep blue to green and turquoise. Spend the day soaking in the tranquility and photographing the breathtaking surroundings. In the evening, settle in for an overnight stay at a lakeside camp or guesthouse near Pangong.

Wake up to a serene sunrise over Pangong Lake and enjoy a relaxed breakfast before beginning your return journey to Leh via the high-altitude Chang La Pass. Along the way, stop at the impressive Thiksey Monastery, known for its Tibetan-style architecture and magnificent Maitreya Buddha statue. Continue onward and reach Leh by afternoon, where you will be dropped off at the airport for your departure flight.
