Advance amount once paid is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made between 45 to 30 days prior to the check-in date will attract a 40% retention of the total package amount.

• Cancellations made between 30 to 15 days prior to the check-in date will attract a 70% retention of the total package amount.

• Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the check-in date will result in 100% retention of the total package amount, with no refund applicable.
